This is a challenging fitness class, for men and women, which will work every part of your body and improve your cardiovascular fitness.  The class is 45 minutes long (approximately 5 minutes joint mobilisation, 30 minutes main workout, 10 minutes stretch).  There are lots of modifications and options in this class, so it is suitable for all fitness levels and ages.  Whatever your current level of fitness, working at your own pace, you will see significant benefits in cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance if attended regularly.  This class will boost your metabolism and you will still be burning fat 24 hours later!  This is the right class for you if you want to see rapid results in your fitness in the minimum of time.

All of the exercises are simple exercises which use your own body weight.  Exercises are performed for a timed interval with a short break, this is usually 50 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, although it can vary.  The class is likely to include exercises such as squats, lunges, burpees and planks.  There is no equipment involved, although you will need an exercise mat for some of the exercises.  This is an incredibly efficient way to exercise and we will work the whole body for a total body conditioning workout.

As the class is divided into individual exercises, alternative exercises can be given if required.

The class costs just £5 or you can use a 10 class passcard (£40), making this class even better value.  

Suitable for children aged 14+ to improve fitness, providing they are aware of the intensity of the programme and attend with a participating adult.
