• The front and back doors will be open about 10 minutes before the class start time.
  • Before class the hall is being well ventilated for you while I set up the hall and clean.
  • You don't need to sign in.
  • There is hand sanitiser to use at various points in the hall.
  • Chairs set out for use have been sprayed with disinfectant.


  • We currently have to wear masks while in the church hall unless exempt.
  • Masks are removed when the class starts and then popped back on at the end of class, as exercise is classed as an exemption for everyone.
  • Please wear your mask when talking to each other inside the hall.
  • Maximum capacity is currently 16 or 18 depending on the class, to allow plenty of space and is regularly reviewed (14 when we are in level 1 or 2).
  • Please try to keep the exit and path clear.



  • Bring your own mat and any equipment you need, such as a yoga block.
  • I can provide you with a free, clean (but used) yoga block for you to keep - let me know if you would like one and I will bring this to class for you.
  • I recommend bringing an extra layer and socks, in case the room gets chilly as the windows are open.



  • Please take care to give space to other people, bearing in mind that some people might feel nervous about getting too close to others.


If you have or have had Coronavirus, please follow the current medical advice about the self isolation period. If you have symptoms, please do not attend and book a test. If you become symptomatic whilst at a class, please leave immediately. Do not attend any class if you are self-isolating.
